VOTE: Motion to increase Special Events budget and authorize expense

We have an adequately sponsored motion to increase our Special Events budget by $9400 and authorize the expense thereof, so we will proceed to a vote. This poll will run for up to 96 hours, and may be closed after 48 hours if the majority threshold for passing is met.
