Motion: Amend the Policy on Proper Convention Records

Moved on behalf of the Policy Committee. Co-sponsors requested. This is proposal 3 of 5 being submitted today.

This proposal changes the name of the section to apply more broadly to all sub-State convention records rather than just county convention records. It also adds a break out for Precinct, County and District conventions. Finally, it also codifies a 10 business day deadline for District records as this is not specified in the TEC nor LPTexas Bylaws (but has been used in practice going back as far as 2022).
