Now that the deadline for posting county conventions has passed, can SLEC get a report regarding which counties failed to meet the reporting requirements and will be unaffiliated as a result?

Hey Joe, the deadline for precinct notices has passed but not for county. That deadline is tomorrow.
But to your point, I’ve been chatting with @Jacob Bradley and @Christy Ford to evaluate status just based on Precinct Notices.
To provide a brief summary, we know that there are 13 counties that did not submit precinct notices and will be disaffiliated.
There are 4 more that we’re still evaluating, and I had a good conversation with a legal contact in the SoS Elections Division today that could help with some of these 4 counties. (Currently waiting to receive details in writing)
More to come, but that’s the high-level overview as it currently stands.
