2028 State Convention Committee

Following up on something I mentioned at the post-convention SLEC round-up, I've decided that I'm not going to be making a motion to form a convention committee just yet.

After talking to our recently appointed Events Director and events staff that pulled double duty between that and the convention committee, they've already got an RFP written up for 2028, and are going to get things started through the department structure for the time being.

Maybe instead of a convention committee we could allow for a few volunteers to sign up to help events only for the state convention. I know it takes alot of people to make it come out as smoothly as it did and a couple people just focused on that would probably help
