In accordance with section 3.1.5.2. of the policy manual, Darren Pollok will be transferring from the Outreach Liaison position under Legislative Action (which has been deleted in the latest reorg) to the new Onboarding Associate position under Operations Support.
Since the Operations Support Director position is vacant, I will be approving the transfer.
The policy manual required a 72 hour waiting period in case competing applications are received; however, since there are multiple Onboarding Associate positions on the org chart, and since this move was initiated due to his current position being eliminated, I will consider any competing application to be an application for the second Onboarding Associate position. I hope you understand this rationale.
