Volunteer Staff
One of the greatest strengths of the Libertarian Party of Texas is that we are a volunteer-driven organization. Unlike the old parties, we don't have armies of paid staff. Everything we accomplish, from candidate support and fundraising to communications and outreach, happens because dedicated libertarians step up and make it happen. Right now, we have several important staff positions that remain unfilled. Some of these roles are directly impacting our ability to recruit members, support candidates, raise funds, communicate with voters, and grow the party. The reality is simple: we cannot build the party Texas deserves if critical positions remain vacant.
Many members assume someone else will volunteer. Unfortunately, that's often not the case. Every major success LPTexas has achieved over the years can be traced back to a handful of people who decided to raise their hand and help. If you've ever wished the party communicated better, recruited more effectively, supported candidates more aggressively, raised more money, or simply operated more efficiently, this is your opportunity to be part of the solution.
We are looking for members who are dependable, willing to learn, and committed to advancing liberty in Texas. Prior experience is helpful, but for most positions it is not required. What matters most is a willingness to contribute and follow through. The following positions are currently open (those in Bold are our most urgent staffing needs):
