Interdepartmental Transfer - Patrick Mitchell

In accordance with section 3.1.5.2. of the policy manual, Patrick Mitchell has expressed interest in transferring from his current role as Affiliate Support Deputy Director to the Deputy Treasurer position in the Operations Support Department.

Since the Operations Support Director position is vacant, I will be approving the transfer.

If no competing applications are on file within 72 hours, we will finalize the transfer. If a competing applications is received, we will initiate the interview process.

3.1.5.2. Interdepartmental Transfers: A volunteer staff member seeking transfer to a position in a different department requires only the approval of the department head of the department they wish to join. A public announcement of the proposed transfer must be made via official LPTexas channels. If no competing applications are on file within 72 hours, the department head may proceed with the transfer. If one or more competing applications are received, all candidates must go through the prescribed interview process. Once a decision is made, the department head must report the change to SLEC
