SLEC Forum Updated

The SLEC forums are now updated to the latest version. Lots of back end improvements. The main front facing one is there is now a light and dark mode. The light mode is what we had before. The selector button is on the bottom left of the page.

I was also able to get the discord bot add-on to now work. So any new threads or posts on existing threads will update in new channel on discord called #slec-forum
This channel will be read only and just for notices that something has been posted to the public area of the SLEC forum.
