Consideration: Resolution by LP Texas on Birthright Citizenship

Would you be likely to support of a carefully worded Resolution making clear the LP Texas position?

  • Yes, if it is worded in alignment with the LP Texas Platform

  • No, I would not support a resolution.

Results are only viewable after voting.
If they are issuing a public retraction, I'm willing to do the same, but that was a rather large oversight. Hopefully, LPN will be more careful moving forward and will be able to catch it a lot quicker than a month after it's put up. I'm glad this is getting attention, and thank you to whoever caught it for getting the ball rolling. :)
Considering the 'Trump store' for convention, now this... I suspect they are not learning from their mistakes.

I sent in a thank you email for the retraction and the retraction avoided conflict where it wasn't needed.
I'm glad they made the retraction. While I don't think a Resolution is required in light of that, I encourage LP Texas to take opportunities to express our Platform position publicly, so that potential candidates, voters, and donors know where we stand.
