@Matthew Gibbs and @Jeff Miller - Having John attend as an unofficial parliamentarian presents some implementation challenges. If y'all want to pursue this, though, consider the possibility of moving to bring him on board as an official parliamentarian, either with or without speaking privileges. I know I value his RONR fu, and I believe most of us on this body recognize John as the ranking "knows what he's talking about" guy when it comes to RONR. Handy guy to have around....

Y'all check with John and see if this is something you want to move forward with.
